Welcome! As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-C) and family nurse practitioner (FNP-C), I provide evidence-based, compassionate mental health care for adults using an approach that blends clinical expertise, collaborative decision-making, and genuine human connection. Individuals my practice commonly supports are navigating persistent worry, panic, overwhelming stress, low mood or mood changes, guilt, irritability, sleep difficulties, attention challenges, or life transitions. My goal is to meet you where you are, understand your story, and work together toward meaningful, sustainable change. Care is delivered through a patient-centered model that includes: thoughtful diagnostic evaluations, medication management with careful monitoring and education, lifestyle-focused interventions supporting emotional well-being, CBT-informed and mindfulness-based strategies, and collaboration with therapists, when helpful. Mental health treatment works best when people feel understood. My intention is to offer support and help you feel grounded. I'm currently accepting new clients for in-person office visits and/or Telehealth visits and welcome you to reach out.
